ISO-Lateral design enables independent movement on both sides, forcing left and right limbs to work separately. It effectively corrects muscle strength imbalance and avoids compensation where the stronger side overpowers the weaker one, improving asymmetry in muscle mass and definition.
It features a convergent-divergent arc motion path that follows the natural movement curve of the human body. During the concentric contraction phase, the movement converges to maximize muscle contraction range. In the eccentric reset phase, it diverges to extend tension time, boosting muscle group activation efficiency by 30% and reducing joint compensation.
